ISS Research OhYeah! Isolate Power Review

ISS Research OhYeah! Isolate Power, Cookies and Creme, 2 PoundOf all the ridiculous names for a fitness product ISS Research OhYeah! Isolate Power comes very close to taking the price. Seriously! OhYeah! That’s the best you could do? Really?

Ok, I admit the name isn’t everything. It’s the effect of the supplement that should really count. So, how does it work? Well, what makes any protein supplement work? Protein off course. How do you ensure that you get enough protein from your supplement? The first step is making sure you actually want to use it. Too many supplements on the market simply taste like crap. That makes you not want to use them, and then, obviously, you get no benefit from it at all.

The key features of the ISS Research OhYeah! Isolate Power supplement are:

Unprecedented taste

Easy to mix

Easy to digest

No added carbohydrates, sugars or fats

Naturally rich in glutamine and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs)

That translates into the following benefits:

By being easy to mix and having a great taste you’re actually going to want to drink it. That’s a major benefit in terms of getting protein into your system. Taste varies of course, but most people I talk to would agree that most supplement’s tastes like shit. I’m sorry about the foul language, but there really is no nice way to say it. It’s either bland or very synthetic. Often it tastes just like the powder looks before mixing it. Like running a broom across your tongue. As you can imagine that is not a very nice feeling.

If it is going to feel like that every time you’re about to mix your supplement how long do you think you’re going to use it? That’s exactly what I mean. So, while it is probably not the main thing, you’re thinking about when you’re looking at supplements it still ought to be very high on your list.

Another underrated aspect of protein supplements is digestion. This one is obviously related to the previous point. If you get digestive issues from your supplement, you’re going to be less likely to use it. It’s the same with additives. If there are lots of carbs, sugars or fats that can actually work against you in the gym. Remember, if you put on more calories than you consume you’re going to get fat. That’s one inescapable truth of life.

This brings us to the point that most of us really care about when it comes to protein supplements. Is it good at providing protein for your muscles? That question is a wee bit oversimplified. It’s not just about getting lots of protein. It’s also about being able to deliver it effectively to your system. That’s where things like amino acids and glutamine enter the picture. Fortunately, ISS Research OhYeah! Isolate Power has plenty of those. What they do is help your body absorb the protein better and recovers better. This is what really allows you to see progress.

Buy from Amazon - best price

Do I, in spite of the ridiculous name, recommend ISS Research OhYeah! Isolate Power? I do. It is actually a really good product once you get past the naming issue.
