The Health Mark VF80002 Port-A-Vibe Whole Body Vibration Therapy Machine is a versatile equipment. With its removable handle, it can double as a portable machine that you can take with you on your travels.  With the handles removed, it only weighs 12.5 pounds. The rotating platform allows you to target muscles in different angles to increase your flexibility. To give you a variety of workouts, you can utilize the tension cords that come free with the package.

The 5 frequency settings lets you start out slow and gradually build up to more intense workouts.  It also has three auto programs that let you set a specific intensity for a timed duration.  Considering it is made of lightweight materials, it is still durable enough to hold a maximum of 220 pounds. Being CE and UL certified you know that the safety features are not compromised.

It also comes with a remote control that is simple and easy to use. This equipment is designed to simplify your exercise and achieve maximum results.
